How we quote
Every job gets a free, no-obligation quote based on your specific space and situation. Quotes are built from the size of the area, the condition of the carpets, and any specific concerns you share with us. You'll know the all-inclusive price upfront, with nothing added on at the door.
You can request a quote by filling out the form below or sending us a quick note at contact@pueblocarpetpros.com.
What goes into your quote
A few things shape what your cleaning will cost:
- The size of the space. Total square footage or number of rooms. Whole-house jobs often get a better per-room rate than single rooms.
- The condition of the carpets. Carpets cleaned every 12 to 18 months are faster and easier to refresh than carpets that haven't been professionally cleaned in years.
- Carpet type. Standard residential carpet cleans the same way. Wool, sisal, antique area rugs, and other specialty fabrics need different solutions and more careful work.
- Specialty treatments. Pet stain and odor removal, set-in stain treatment, deodorizing, stain protection, and upholstery cleaning are typically priced as add-ons rather than part of a base cleaning.
- Access and stairs. Stairs are usually quoted per step. Multiple floors or hard-to-reach areas can add time.
When you request a quote, sharing as much of this information as you can helps us get to an accurate price faster.
What's included in a standard cleaning
A typical residential carpet cleaning with us covers:
- Carpet inspection and assessment
- Pre-treatment of high-traffic areas and visible spots
- Hot water extraction across all carpeted areas
- Moving light furniture as part of the service
- Basic spot treatment for common stains
- Carpet grooming for even drying
- Final walkthrough with you before we leave
Smart questions to ask when getting a quote
Whether you're talking to us or comparing options, a few questions are worth asking any carpet cleaner:
- What's the total all-inclusive price?
- What's included in the base price, and what counts as an add-on?
- Are stairs and furniture moving part of the standard service?
- What cleaning method do you use, and how long until the carpet is dry?
- Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
A reasonable carpet cleaner will answer these questions directly. We will too.
Frequently asked questions
How much does carpet cleaning cost in Pueblo?
Pricing depends on what you actually need cleaned. Some jobs are a single room with light maintenance. Others are a whole house with stairs, pet treatment, and a few set-in stains. Rather than guess at a number that may or may not fit your home, we provide a free, no-obligation quote based on what's actually involved.
Is professional carpet cleaning worth it?
For most homes, yes. Professional cleaning lifts dirt and debris that vacuums leave behind. It extends carpet life, improves indoor air quality, and refreshes the look of a room or the whole house. The difference is most noticeable on carpets that haven't been professionally cleaned in 12 to 18 months or longer.
How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?
Most carpet manufacturers recommend at least once or twice a year for residential carpet. Houses with pets, kids, or heavy foot traffic do well with cleanings every 6 to 12 months. Commercial spaces typically schedule quarterly or semi-annually based on traffic. More about our commercial cleaning service.
How long does a carpet cleaning take?
A single room is usually 30 to 45 minutes. Three rooms run 90 minutes to 2 hours. A whole-house cleaning of five or more rooms typically takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on furniture, condition, and any specialty treatments.
How long until I can walk on my carpets?
Carpets are usually dry within 4 to 6 hours. You can walk on them right away in clean socks or bare feet. Keep outdoor shoes and pets off until fully dry, usually by the end of the day. Drying time depends on humidity, ventilation, and carpet thickness.
Can pet stains be fully removed?
In most cases, yes, especially with prompt enzyme treatment. Older stains that have permeated the padding may need padding treatment in addition to surface cleaning. We let you know during the inspection if a job is more complex than a standard pet stain removal. More on our pet stain removal service.
